The Babes didn't disappoint...they were great...and so were the Babes on stage ...a fun, fun evening.

Am off to take Nellie (a.k.a. my computer) to see Bill the Geek! It's that or I'm going to drop it off the high level bridge. Will be back as soon as she's HEALED!

Had a marvelous day in C'bus. Carved a wonderfully spooky pumpkin with Ericka ! It was Boo-tiful!! Suzy and I managed a little retail therapy and a veggie burger at Northstar. They're the bomb . Had nachos, diet coke and a good time at Champs with Bruce . Watched a really good movie and ate cold pizza with Norm ! Now that's what I call a good day

Off in the morning to Akron. Tomorrow night...the Ya-Ya Babes...get to see the Babes preform at Playhouse Square! Should be a good time.

Am safely tucked in to bed in the top floor of Suzy and Norm's 110 y/o Victorian home. It's wonderful to be here and the Skybus worked out great. I'll definitely do that again.

My goodness...what a day! Up @ 6...TFM @7...it was a good day at work...off @ 12...lunch with a girlfriend from church @1...to Grace CC @ 4...single moms @ 5:30...choir @ 6:30...to Old Oyster Factory and dinner with the Shapiros and their friends @8!

The family update...Brian is doing well...Aaron's out on a mission...Bruce is working hard on loan to Bob Evans...DanaMarie got an award from the medical students...Sis is faithfully helping to increase the population at Langley Air Force Base. She is also hosting a book club tomorrow night. They are doing...Marley and Me. Being a true dog lover...Sissy not only invited her girlfriends...but also their four legged family members. The menu...Dog Biscuits for everyone! Can't wait to hear how it goes. I promise to tell you everything.

I'm watching 20/20 as I write. It's hard to believe how much they are suffering from the fires. Just to reminiscent of Katrina. Makes me think I/we should hop on a plane to San Diego and go help. So sad.

All is well on this end...just need to get things pulled together before heading home.
