Worked at TFM today pricing Halloween candy. It's just unbelievable how much we get. It comes in on huge pallets and each piece is priced. I understand that it's even bigger than Easter! Good Grief!!!

Karen Hamilton is down here vacationing. We got together this evening for dinner and a good chat. It was a lovely time.

Heading to Asheville in the morning to see Suzy, Norm and Ericka. It's such a wonderful area...I always enjoy my time there.

First...That felt a little scary. Long story short...It's been a really long time since I sang in the choir...I was prego with DanaMarie! I went to my first choir practice tonight. They started working on music for Christmas. I have to tell you...I really liked it! Not sure if I can still sing??? but will give it a try.

I remember exactly where I was when I saw the first plane hit...I'm sure you do too. I was watching Katie and Matt and getting ready for work. Called Dan...headed into work at CCF and thought..."nothing is ever going to be the same."

Have heard numerous passionate comments on CNN...some saying..."it's time to move on"...others say..."we must never forget." I believe it's possible...and good...to do both. We can remember...and also move on.

We have "Babes" tickets! They were here today when I got home from Langley. We are really going to get to go!!! Am sooooooooo excited.

Got home at 3:30 ...8 hours and 500 miles on the button. And it was uneventful...unlike the trip down...got pinched for doing 83 in a 70... . Oops...Darn.
Will be sending $100.00 to the great state of N. Carolina. Actually, it could have been worse...but the policeman liked Mitzi! ...and I apologized for trying to get to Sis a little to fast.

Found a kick boxing class here on the island. Went tonight for the first time. Will give it a try. At first glance, it's not nearly as good as my class at home. Maybe the instructor had an off night...will try it again.

Back to TFM in the morning.

Just a simple day. Church this morning...then window shopping at a nice mall in Norfolk.

Aaron called a couple of times. It's amazing to think that we're sitting here in Norfolk and he's clear around the world and we chat like he's next door! How do they do that??? Amazing No question that being able to talk and hear his voice is a tremendous help to Sis.

DanaMarie and Brian got back to Lexington today from Columbus. They drove in to see Bruce and go to the foot ball game. Little Buckeye took a swim in Uncle Bruce's pool! I hear that was quite a site...he drinks while he swims... Little Buck is cute...but DanaMarie says that he's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

Will have a nice evening here with Sis and head out to HHI in the morning.
