...a resounding YES! yes...put the coat in the show. Sooooooooo, here goes! I figure the response will be one of three possibilities... 1. they'll love the coat (it's absolutely gorgeous)...2. boo me for having it...3. or pray for me because I'm to worldly!!! Should be interesting...will let you know how it goes.

Shirley arrived on time into SAV. We've had a blast working together...just like falling off a log. Took her to church to help with the fashion show...then to Sea Pines for an appetizer and a little beach music...then to Fresh Market to do a bridal bouquet for tomorrow...then to Nip and Nibble to meet my Harbourmaster buddies...and last but not least...to the Sea Shack! It's where the locals go......amazing seafood cooked at the grille by David...a rastafarian...dreds and all. It's the place that Rachel Ray went to and popularized on her $40 a day show. So...we've managed to pack 3 days of fun into her first 9 hours here.

I'm bushed.....please pray for tomorrow.

The list of things to do is dwindling !!! Knocked out 14 centerpieces all various shades of pink roses. The line-up is done and printed as we speak! Next...the music.

One last trip to the Hospice Thrift Store today...believe it or not...I have in my car a full length blonde mink with white fox tuxedo trim. It's absolutely beautiful...a total Marilyn Monroe coat! Now........do I put it on the runway at Grace??? ...that's the question!

Like any good sermon...a fashion show needs a peppy opening....a solid middle and a big finish! Well, I have the very "Vera Wang" kind of wedding gown...(that no one knows about for the finale...and now the coat!)

Hmmmmmmmmmm, ...what am I forgetting???

Will check my list. Off to work on the music.

...was gone .....however, not to despair...found one fab number in .............what else??? Black and White...which happen to be the "new it colors" for spring '08[EMOTICON:THUMBSUP3]] ! Who Knew??? and...here's the good news....I had saved a gift card (from a ya-ya sister...put it toward my new chapeau...so in a sense...she will be with me as I "do the Derby!" Tx, E.) Honestly, this is as big as the big pink bomb...but I'm a lot more comfortable in this one...and why I am...don't really know for sure. But! it works great! It's really incredible! Think I'll bring it home and wear it to Kearstin's shower so you can see this thing!

Off to work on the music for the show...aren't you ready for this thing to be born??? me, too! Thankfully, Tik sent the music that we used at the Haven Show...so that's a tremendous help.

Had a meeting at church at 4...the 12th is coming together. That...errands...and the Final Four Championship Game...has been my day. Great game!

Dinner with a girlfriend. Time to call it a day...more tomorrow from little #401.

Charlton Heston was an icon...didn't you love the chariot scene when he played Judah Ben Hur and he beat Messala?  ...and when he tangled and won against the mighty Pharaoh Ramses of Egypt? Hmmmmmmm.............another reminder of an important lesson...if it can happen to Moses, well odds are..............hence, don't waste the precious gift of today. (And, I sure hope he's in heaven talking with the real Moses.)

Please keep the fashion show and the ladies in your prayers. Another week and I'll have my life back!
